Day of Coordination

*Price varies depending on scale
$ 1,500 - 3,500
  • On the day of your event, sit back and relax, while I orchestrate the event on site. This package includes (two) phone calls in advance of your event, in which we discuss details for run of show. Day of, I will be in contact with all vendors and on location, overseeing event design. With my assistance, your full vision will come to life and your event will run smoothly. I will be on call all day, until the close of your event, including the management of breakdown, as needed.

Partial Service

*Day of Cost below + Consulting @ $100/hr

  • I will consult with you as you plan your event, providing all of the above consulting services and will fully orchestrate logistics, day of the event.

Full Service

Large Parties and Weddings with budgets over $25k will be flat 20% fee plus hourly rate for staff.
